Client Property

Work Product

Ownership of work product created during service delivery will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables, while we retain rights to our methodologies, tools, and pre-existing materials.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All fees are in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated
